Ursole

Vitiva's URSOLE extract is produced by a proprietary extraction process from plants of the Labiatae family, making URSOLE the first choice for cosmeceutical applications requiring high ursolic and oleanolic acid concentrations. Ursolic and oleanolic acids, the main components of URSOLE, are pentacyclic triterpenoid compounds present in a large number of vegetarian foods, folkloristic botanical herbs and other plants, as well as vegetables that are an integral part of the human diet. Ursolic acid and its isomer oleanolic acid have been isolated from the protective wax-like coatings of apples and many other fruits, seaweeds and other plants.
